We would like to speak with Medical Directors with experience leading an Emergency Medicine team. You'll spend at least 50% of your time providing hands-on clinical care, ensuring you stay closely connected to what brought you to this profession in the first place. The remaining time is dedicated to leadership—mentoring clinicians, advancing medical protocols, and fostering a culture of excellence and trust.
