Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well-established small animal general practice on the New Jersey coast that is looking to welcome an experienced Associate Veterinarian to its team. This is a community focused, multi-doctor, hospital with a loyal client base and a team that has worked side by side for years, and the opening has come up as one of the tenured doctors prepares for retirement. You would step into a varied caseload that spans wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and both routine and more advanced soft tissue surgery, supported by digital radiography, in house diagnostics, a dedicated surgical suite, and full dental services. Daily volume sits around sixteen to eighteen appointments, with lighter, surgery focused days, and the practice runs a healthy one to one or better doctor to technician ratio, so support is always close at hand. This is a real chance to practice high-quality medicine and surgery with genuine autonomy while continuing a legacy of care that clients already know and trust.
