Veterinarian / Medical Director Turnersville, NJ | Full-Time Compensation: $165,000–$185,000 base + quarterly production + Medical Director stipend We’re working on a Veterinary Medical Director opportunity in South Jersey with a growing hospital that is expanding from urgent care into a combined urgent care / general practice model. This is a great fit for an experienced veterinarian who wants to remain clinically active while taking on a larger role in mentoring doctors, guiding medical standards, supporting team development, and helping shape the next phase of the hospital.
