Are you ready to take the lead in a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital with a loyal clientele and a trusted name in the community? This opportunity offers genuine clinical autonomy, a dedicated and experienced team, and the chance to take over from a respected Medical Director who has been mentoring veterinarians for decades. This independent, purpose-built facility has been serving pets in the area for over 20 years. The hospital features five exam rooms, a surgical suite with two tables, a treatment area, and a dental suite, as well as X-ray and dental radiography on-site. There’s even a basement gym and break room for team wellness. With a team that truly cares, including skilled support staff, you’ll find collaboration, mentorship, and flexibility. As Medical Director, you’ll lead clinical standards, oversee day-to-day operations, and guide a talented team. The current Medical Director, a highly experienced surgeon, is looking to transition into retirement and will be available to mentor and support you through the handover.
