Responsibilities: The Medical Director will: Deliver high-quality veterinary care, including consultations, surgery, and dentistry Dedicate time to mentoring and developing associate veterinarians Lead regular clinical rounds and team training sessions Promote collaboration across veterinary, technical, and client care teams Maintain and elevate clinical standards and protocols Support operational efficiency and hospital performance Build strong client relationships and uphold exceptional service standards Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a confident and experienced veterinarian with strong leadership capabilities. Requirements include: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent Eligibility for veterinary licensure in New Hampshire 7+ years of clinical experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience or interest in mentorship and team leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfort with a varied caseload, including complex and urgent cases Additional experience in surgery or exotics is advantageous but not essential.
