We are working on behalf of a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Hudson, NH that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. For more than 30 years, the hospital has cared for dogs and cats across Hudson, Litchfield, and Nashua, and has built a strong local reputation for thorough, compassionate primary care. This is a full-service practice with a healthy surgical caseload, from spays and neuters through to soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, so there is plenty of room to build and broaden your clinical skills. You will be able to care for pets through every stage of their lives, get to know your clients well, and become a trusted part of the local community. Whether you are an experienced DVM or a new graduate, you will be supported by a collaborative team and a structured doctor mentorship program designed to help you grow as both a clinician and a future leader. The hospital keeps a genuine community feel while having the backing of a larger national network, which means access to free CE, RACE-accredited dental education, and wellbeing resources. The hospital is open weekdays with one later evening and every other Saturday. Compensation is built around a competitive base salary with production opportunities and no negative accrual, plus a generous sign-on bonus.
