Montgomery Animal Clinic is a full-service small animal (cat & dog) veterinary hospital located in Troy, North Carolina. Established in 1974, the clinic specializes in small animal medicine and surgery, as well as boarding and grooming. Dr. Kathy Haywood purchased the hospital in 1992. Requirements
We are not seeking a traditional associate veterinarian. We are looking for a future partner, a doctor who wants to earn ownership through clinical excellence, leadership, and contribution rather than upfront capital. This role offers a clear Pathway to Partnership with shared profit from day one and eligibility for up to 19.9% ownership within 3–6 months.
