Pathway to Partnership Veterinarian Montgomery Animal Clinic | Troy, NC We are not seeking a traditional associate veterinarian. We are looking for a future partner—a doctor who wants to earn ownership through clinical excellence, leadership, and contribution rather than upfront capital. This role offers a clear Pathway to Partnership with shared profit from day one and eligibility for up to 19.9% ownership within 3–6 months. You’ll practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, team-based environment, supported by a strong community of caring doctors.
