Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine love for animals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the client's experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Process payments and handle billing inquiries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry. Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming. Coordinate with veterinary staff to provide seamless patient care. Handle client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Stay informed about clinic services and promotions to inform clients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with practice management software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a love for animals. Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
