Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Mebane, NC that is looking to welcome a surgically minded Associate Veterinarian to its team. The practice has built a loyal client base across Mebane and the surrounding communities, and demand for surgery has grown to the point where they want a doctor who can take the lead on that side of the hospital. This role suits a DVM who enjoys being hands-on in the surgical suite as much as in the exam room. You will perform a variety of soft tissue procedures, with the opportunity to take on more complex cases as your skills and interests allow, alongside well-rounded general practice medicine including wellness, diagnostics, and dentistry. In-house diagnostics and digital imaging support your surgical and treatment decisions, and you will work closely with the support team to keep surgical scheduling and patient flow running smoothly. The hospital also offers laser therapy and acupuncture, giving you more options for your patients. The schedule is a real draw: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on weekends.
