Highland Animal Hospital 981 S. McPherson Church Rd Fayetteville, NC Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician/or Assistant to join our dedicated and compassionate team! We're looking for a veterinary technician with 15–20 years of hands-on veterinary experience who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while mentoring and supporting fellow team members. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospital, take pride in your technical skills, and enjoy working alongside an experienced team that values collaboration and high-quality medicine, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications  15-20yrs Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.  Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  ​ Responsibilities  Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures.  Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.  Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.  Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment.  Fill and prepare prescriptions as directed by the veterinarian, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols.
