This opportunity is for a Medical Director who wants to combine hands-on clinical work with meaningful leadership. You’ll step into a well-equipped, efficiently run hospital supported by a skilled practice management team and experienced technical staff. The clinics are designed for high-quality, streamlined workflows—allowing doctors to focus on patient care while maintaining a sustainable pace. With no weekends, no after-hours, and a consistent four-day schedule finishing by 5pm, this role genuinely prioritizes work-life balance. Across the group, you’ll find collaborative Associate Veterinarians, well-trained technicians in every department, and leadership that values transparency and input from its doctors.
