We are excited to be partnering with a well-established small animal hospital in Charlotte, NC, seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their close-knit team. This hospital has built a strong reputation in the community for high-quality, compassionate care and is supported by a loyal client base. The practice environment is warm and welcoming, with a collaborative culture that values teamwork and professional growth. The facility itself is fully equipped with modern diagnostics and technology, including in-house laboratory capabilities, digital radiography, dental radiology, a surgical suite with advanced monitoring, and surgical lasers. Through partnerships with mobile specialists, the team also has access to ultrasonography and advanced surgical services. The leadership team is experienced and supportive, providing a stable environment where doctors can focus on practicing medicine. With skilled technicians and support staff, you will be well-positioned to deliver excellent care without being overwhelmed. This role offers an attractive compensation package, with a base salary starting at $120,000, production incentives, sign-on bonuses, and relocation support.
