Job Description

Are you looking to join a progressive, well-supported hospital where clinical excellence and team culture truly go hand in hand? I’m working with a highly respected, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Charlotte that is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join their growing team. This is a well-established hospital with a strong reputation in the community, led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by a collaborative team of DVMs, technicians, and leadership. The clinic is well-equipped to support a high standard of care, with modern diagnostic tools, surgical capabilities, and a workflow designed to allow you to focus on quality medicine rather than rushing appointments. You’ll benefit from a structured yet flexible environment where mentorship is available, making it an excellent option for both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their careers looking to develop their skills. The team prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive culture, with strong communication between medical and operational leadership. You’ll work closely with both the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager, giving you visibility and input into how the practice operates day-to-day. With a loyal client base and a focus on building long-term relationships, this is a hospital where you can practice meaningful, relationship-driven medicine. With a strong compensation package, no negative accrual, and additional financial incentives including sign-on and relocation support, this opportunity offers both professional satisfaction and financial stability. Key Highlights (Min 7 bullet points): • AAHA-accredited, well-established small animal hospital • Collaborative team of experienced DVMs and skilled support staff • Strong leadership structure with Medical Director and management support • No negative accrual production model • Modern diagnostic and surgical capabilities • Emphasis on mentorship, growth, and continuing education • Loyal client base with a focus on relationship-driven care About You (Min 5 bullet points): • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in North Carolina • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with confidence in general practice • A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care Benefits (Min 5 bullet points): • Base salary starting from $130,000–$140,000 (higher for experienced candidates) • Production bonus with no negative accrual • Signing, retention, and relocation packages available • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with contribution + CE allowance and license reimbursement
