Job Description

We are proud to be working with a well-established 5-doctor small animal hospital in Asheville, NC, seeking a Lead Veterinarian (Medical Director) to join their team. This modern facility provides comprehensive care for cats and dogs, equipped with advanced technology including AVImark electronic medical records, Idexx in-house and reference laboratory services (including Sedivue), digital radiography, and digital dental x-ray. The hospital is committed to providing high-quality medicine while fostering a compassionate, team-oriented culture. The incoming Lead DVM will play a pivotal role in patient care while also helping guide and mentor the associate doctors. Supported by an experienced team, you’ll enjoy autonomy in decision-making while also benefiting from structured leadership development programs.
