Client Service Representative (Part-Time) Animal Hospital Randolph is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our amazing team in Asheboro, NC. This, in turn, enables us to dedicate the best experience to our clients and care for their pets, which is at the heart of our thriving practice. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in a polite and timely manner, both in person and over the phone Schedule appointments, record keeping and organization, provide estimates and invoices for payment Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front office area Willingness to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members Constantly advance your knowledgebase and customer service skills Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in veterinary or medical practice required Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required (retail, food and beverage, etc.) Computer experience and proficiency required (email usage, word/excel, operation of office equipment such as, fax machine, copy machine, and postage meter) Must possess basic math skills to determine proper deposits, make change, and process payments utilizing credit card and check terminal, Excellent communication skills with clients and team members Proficient time management, ability to solve problems, learn, and handle multiple tasks Enthusiastic team player with a patient, and positive professional attitude.
