WHAT YOU'LL DO - Welcome every client and pet and make each visit feel personal - Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the day flowing - Check clients in and out, take payments, and help with records and refills - Work hand-in-hand with our doctors and techs to keep everyone on the same page WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Warm, upbeat, and a true team player - Customer service experience. Veterinary experience is a plus, not a must. We'll train the right person. - Comfortable with computers and learning new software - Calm under pressure, organized, and dependable
