Requirements
Are you an experienced veterinarian craving variety, autonomy, and a flexible schedule? We’re representing an AAHA-accredited, multi-site hospital group that blends general practice and urgent care across three state-of-the-art facilities in St Louis, MO. This is a unique opportunity to float between locations, gain exposure to diverse cases (including exotics), and have a direct hand in shaping practice standards—while enjoying a true work/life balance and a clear pathway to partnership. You’ll join a collaborative team with an advanced support network and the latest veterinary technology at your fingertips. Each location compromises of established veterinary teams of 4-6 doctors all working collaboratively together. Flexible 6- or 12-hour shifts (days/evenings, weekends included—but no overnight or on-call) let you craft a schedule around your life for optimal flexibility. The practice’s commitment to professional growth shines through their in-house training, case-based learning, and access to premier CE. There is an excellent compensation model on offer, including a $150,000–$190,000 base + production with no negative accrual, sign-on and relocation bonuses, generous PTO, full health benefits, CE allowance, and partnership potential without upfront financial investment.
