Requirements
An exciting opportunity has opened for an Associate Veterinarian to join an incredibly modern, AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor hospital in Springfield, MO! This modern, purpose-built facility has been recently refurbished and features an impressive array of equipment and facilities, including a fully equipped surgical suite, in-house laboratory, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, therapeutic laser, and a well-maintained boarding facility. With a diverse caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to work across all aspects of small animal medicine, while also developing and pursuing your own areas of clinical interest. How does no weekends sound? Work/life balance is a high priority at this clinic, so you can expect a consistent work week with the same day off each week. The team are happy to consider both full-time and part-time schedules, with options designed to fit your lifestyle. Appointments are booked for a minimum of 30 minutes, ensuring you have the time to provide thorough, compassionate care. On non-surgical days, you can expect to see between 15–20 patients, allowing for manageable workloads and high-quality medicine. The hospital welcomes applications from both new graduates and experienced veterinarians. For early-career doctors, a structured mentorship program and hands-on support are available to help you build confidence and refine your skills. For those with more experience, there’s the option to take on additional responsibilities, including pathways toward leadership.
