A gorgeous, modern small animal hospital in Springfield, MO is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its team! This is a wonderful opportunity to join a community-focused practice that has delivered personalized, client-centered care to pets and their families for more than 50 years. Open to veterinarians of all experience levels, this role offers the chance to grow your career in a hospital that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. The hospital is housed in a gorgeous, stand-alone building with a modern, welcoming feel. It offers a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and preventive services, with in-house diagnostics and laser therapy supporting a high standard of care. The caseload is diverse and engaging, spanning wellness and vaccinations, dentistry and dental surgery, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, diagnostics, and urgent care, and it can be tailored to your own clinical interests. You’ll be joining a collaborative 3-doctor team led by an experienced and dedicated Medical Director, alongside supportive hospital leadership and a highly trained support staff. A nearby sister hospital provides additional clinical support and collaboration. A structured mentorship program is also in place to help you keep developing your skills and confidence.
