Requirements
Atlas is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of fantastic DVM-led clinics in the St Louis, MO metro area. The company’s model is built around preserving hospital culture, empowering veterinary leaders, and providing best-in-class operational support behind the scenes. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader, cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, IT, and Strategic Initiatives to streamline performance in line with operational targets. Utilizing your strong business and financial acumen, exceptional emotional intelligence, and organizational skills, you will manage multi-site P&Ls, and convert data-driven insights into productive actions. You will conduct hospital assessments to identify areas of improvement and come up with plans to optimize the use of resources, whilst utilizing technology where appropriate to enhance a clinics efficiency. This is a full-time position, and you will need to be able to travel within the St Louis, MO metro area for up to 75% of your schedule at times. The Operations Manager role is a highly visible, high-impact leadership position with responsibility for a regional portfolio of 6–9 veterinary hospital partnerships in St Louis, MO. You’ll work closely with veterinarian owners, practice managers, and senior executive leadership to drive profitability, operational success, and long-term value creation across multiple locations.
