A highly collaborative, 6-doctor hospital in the St Louis, MO area is searching for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their award-winning, state-of-the-art clinic! This thriving six-doctor hospital in O’Fallon, MO, offers a supportive and collaborative environment designed to foster both personal and professional development. Whether you are a recent graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced veterinarian looking for a welcoming team, this practice provides an exceptional opportunity to practice high-quality veterinary medicine and an incredibly diverse caseload including general wellness, surgery, internal medicine, dentistry, and urgent care. Located close to a dedicated ER/Specialty center, complex cases can be seamlessly referred if required. Alternatively, the clinic offers the option to manage cases in-house with 24-hour patient hospitalization, allowing flexibility based on your preference and expertise. The hospital is renowned for its commitment to high standards, maintaining a positive culture where mentorship and collaboration are at the forefront. With a team comprising newer graduates and seasoned DVMs with over 15 years of experience, you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and support. The practice is thoughtfully designed to ensure a positive work-life balance. With a schedule that includes three set days of the week rotating Fridays and Saturdays shared with the rest of the team, and no on-call or after-hours requirements, you’ll enjoy a role that values your personal time. Additionally, the team is supported by a 1.5 tech-to-doctor ratio, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery. This role offers a competitive compensation package tailored to individuals, with a base salary starting at $130,000 and an excellent production model. Beyond salary, the practice provides an extensive benefits package, including over four weeks of PTO, a generous CE stipend, relocation reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance.
