Associate Veterinarian Independence, MO | Full-Time Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + ProSal We’re working on a full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity in the Kansas City metro with an established companion-animal hospital that also sees a variety of exotic patients. This is a great fit for either an experienced veterinarian or a newer graduate who wants mentorship, a broad caseload, and a predictable schedule. The opportunity includes: $120K–$140K base salary Production bonus through ProSal No negative accrual Bonus up to $50,000 4-day workweek Rotating Saturdays No on-call Closed Sundays and major holidays Flexible scheduling Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3.5% employer match Generous PTO Continuing education allowance Professional dues, license fees, and liability coverage paid AI note-taking software and VIN membership covered Partnership / ownership pathway The hospital treats dogs, cats, and a broad range of exotic patients, including rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, reptiles, and other small mammals. Doctors have access to experienced mentorship, a well-established support team, and the resources needed to manage a varied caseload. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
