Associate Veterinarian – GP / Urgent Care Creve Coeur, MO | Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $115,000–$258,000+ earning potential We’re working on an Associate Veterinarian opportunity in the St. Louis area with a new GP and urgent care hospital that is building its founding doctor team. This is a great fit for a veterinarian who wants schedule flexibility, a varied caseload, and the opportunity to help shape a new hospital from the ground up while still having the support of an established veterinary organization. The opportunity includes: $115K–$258K+ earning potential Flexible compensation options, including salary, hourly, or ProSal No negative accrual Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 Full-time or part-time scheduling Choice of 6- or 12-hour shifts Shift options such as 8 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–8 PM, or 8 AM–8 PM Professional licensing, liability coverage, and membership dues covered Partnership / equity ownership opportunities Clinical autonomy with support from a broader veterinary network The hospital will provide a mix of general practice and urgent care, with care for dogs, cats, reptiles, and pocket pets. The environment is designed around advanced diagnostics, modern treatment capabilities, and a collaborative team approach. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
