Associate Veterinarian Belton, MO | Full-Time Compensation: $120,000–$200,000+ earning potential We’re working on a full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity in the greater Kansas City area with a well-established small-animal and exotic practice offering a varied caseload and a unique mentorship opportunity in exotic medicine. This is a great fit for either an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate who has a genuine interest in exotics and wants the chance to develop those skills alongside an experienced board-certified specialist. The opportunity includes: $120K–$200K+ earning potential No negative accrual Up to $25K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance 4-day workweek Rotating Saturdays No on-call Closed Sundays and major holidays 20 days of PTO annually Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with 3.5% match Continuing education support Professional dues and licensing covered Partnership / ownership opportunities Approximately 20% of the caseload is exotic, including rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, and other small mammals. The hospital also provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats and offers exposure to acupuncture, integrative medicine, and advanced pain-management approaches. The facility includes eight exam rooms, dedicated surgical and treatment areas, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory capabilities, and an experienced support team. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent, be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri, and hold or be eligible for DEA registration. Prior exotic experience is welcome but not required.
