A brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in Liberty, MO is seeking a Partner Veterinarian to lead its founding team! This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious veterinarian to lead a brand-new hospital from the very beginning. Launching at the end of 2026, the clinic is looking for a Partner Veterinarian who wants the influence and financial benefits of ownership without the risk, cost, or isolation of starting a practice of their own, with zero buy-in required. As Partner Veterinarian, you will lead the care team, set the standard for medical excellence, and play an integral role in the success of the hospital. Alongside a rewarding clinical caseload, you will benefit from equity ownership and profit sharing, giving you real control over your personal earnings. A dedicated operational team handles medical operations, recruiting, client support, and technology, so you can focus on medicine, mentorship, and patient outcomes. The practice will offer general practice and daytime urgent care, with a strong focus on preventative medicine and pet parent education. Appointments are scheduled at 30-minute intervals, allowing you to deliver high standards of care without rushing.
