Requirements
A brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in Liberty, MO is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its founding team! Launching at the end of 2026, this is a rare chance to be part of a hospital from the very beginning, helping to shape its culture, workflows, and patient experience as a member of the founding team. The practice will offer general practice and daytime urgent care, with a strong focus on preventative medicine, wellness, and pet parent education. Fear Free and low-stress handling sit at the heart of every visit, creating a calm and trusting experience for everyone involved. The purpose-built hospital has been designed with a spa-like feel, featuring plenty of natural light, calming music, and a peaceful environment for patients, clients, and the team. You will be supported by top-of-the-range equipment and modern technology, along with virtual care support that keeps clients connected with the medical team around the clock. Each veterinarian works alongside a dedicated support team of 2 to 3 veterinary technicians, allowing you to focus on practicing high-quality medicine in a collaborative, communicative environment. Work-life balance is a genuine priority, with a consistent four-day work week and no on-call or late nights, ever. This role would suit a compassionate veterinarian with at least one year of experience who enjoys innovation, teamwork, and building strong client relationships.
