Requirements
Candidates would need to demonstrate passion for client service as well as animal medical care, value positive culture and direct communication dynamics, and be invested in joining a team that is currently rebuilding their identity after the retirement of the partner/owner with a new medical director and practice manager. Adaptability and readiness to embrace change are ideal, like many hospitals, we are constantly working to make the patient, client, and employee experience the best we possibly can.
