Associate Veterinarian Lino Lakes, MN | Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base + production We’re working on an Associate Veterinarian opportunity in the Lino Lakes area with an established small-animal practice offering a broad GP caseload, modern clinical resources, and an experienced support team. This is a great fit for a veterinarian who wants a predictable schedule, collaborative environment, and the ability to focus on medicine without weekend or after-hours responsibilities. The opportunity includes: $120K–$130K base salary Production-based earning potential Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Full-time or part-time options No weekends No on-call No after-hours responsibilities Flexible scheduling Approximately 2:1 technician-to-doctor support Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid time off Continuing education and professional development support The hospital features seven exam rooms, dedicated surgical and dental suites, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, ECG, and advanced patient-monitoring equipment. The caseload includes routine GP medicine along with dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and more advanced procedures, with visiting specialist support available for select cases. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent, be licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota, and ideally bring at least two years of small-animal clinical experience.
