Requirements
We are currently seeking 3 Full-Time Certified Veterinary Technicians to join our team! Ideal candidates will be strong team players, professional, and dedicated to the well-being of our patients and clients. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about what they do, and willing to grow and work well in a fast-paced environment. Hours: 38-40 hours a week, including some evenings and Saturdays. Responsibilities: Surgery: Drug calculations, induction, surgical prep, monitoring anesthesia, and recovery. Dentistry: Drug calculation, induction, prophy, dental radiography, charting, and recovery. Providing care for hospitalized pets. Providing client education including discharge instructions for hospitalized and surgical patients. Following up on client questions and patients. Triaging emergencies. Collection of lab samples and performing in house lab testing including, but not limited to, hematology, urinalysis, fecal analysis, cytology, and microbiology.
