We are seeking a Medical Director to lead a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in the Detroit metro area. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high-quality medicine while mentoring teams and helping shape the future direction of a thriving practice. The hospital is equipped with advanced veterinary technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and modern diagnostic equipment. The practice provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, managing a diverse caseload that includes preventive medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and urgent medical cases. Fear Free handling techniques and collaborative medicine are central to the hospital's culture. As Medical Director, you will continue practicing clinical medicine while leading medical quality, mentoring veterinarians, and working alongside experienced support staff.
