Check us out at: https://www.newaygoveterinaryservices.com/ Clinic Snapshot Practice type: Small Animal General Practice Avg. daily patient volume: Moderate daily caseload with a strong mix of wellness and medical appointments Support staff ratio: Strong technician and support staff support Case mix: Wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care, dermatology, laser therapy, and client education Technology & equipment: Digital radiography, in house diagnostics, surgical suite, dental capabilities, laser therapy, and modern patient monitoring equipment Team culture: Collaborative, community focused, mentorship driven, and patient centered with an emphasis on compassionate care and strong client relationships Skills Necessary for Success Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities Excellent clinical judgment and medical decision making Ability to foster trust, collaboration, and accountability across the hospital team Strong time management, prioritization, and delegation skills Commitment to professionalism, medical excellence, and continuous improvement Qualifications, Education, and Experience Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required Active licensure without restrictions in the state of Michigan or ability to obtain licensure Total Rewards & How We Invest in You We believe great doctors deserve great rewards.
