Atlas has partnered with a forward-thinking, privately owned small animal hospital in Bloomfield Hills, MI that’s redefining what modern veterinary medicine looks like. Established in 2022, this state-of-the-art facility is already expanding due to rapid growth and strong client demand. With a focus on general practice and same-day urgent care, the team provides high-quality care to cats and dogs in a fast-paced, supportive, and genuinely collaborative environment. This is not your average clinic. The hospital has created an open, shared workspace that encourages transparency and teamwork, supported by 12 licensed technicians and a rotating group of visiting veterinary specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery. Built with intention, the clinic is designed to optimize both client and staff experience—with cutting-edge diagnostics, digital workflows, and a commitment to evolving with the needs of modern veterinary professionals. You’ll work alongside a young, energetic team with the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and comfort level. Key Highlights: • Modern, independently owned small animal hospital • Blend of general practice and urgent care caseload • 5,000 sq ft facility undergoing expansion • Open-concept workspace with transparent treatment areas • Digital radiography (with board-certified radiologist reviews), ultrasound, and in-house lab • 30-minute appointment blocks • Dedicated surgery day each week, tailored to experience level • Work 3–4 days per week with one Saturday per month (no on-call or after-hours) • Supportive team culture with 12 LVTs and visiting specialists • Tech-forward systems: online booking, digital treatment boards, and more About You: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree • Hold a Michigan State License or have the ability to obtain one • Internship-trained new grad or experienced GP/urgent care clinician (desirable but not essential!) • Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with clients and team members • Thrives in an open, team-oriented environment with fast-paced cases • Eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a hospital with a modern vision Benefits: • Competitive base salary of $125,000–$150,000 + production opportunities • Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with 3% employer match • Generous CE allowance • Licensing, dues, and professional fees covered • No non-compete agreement • Branded scrubs, and uniform provided
