Veterinarian – Wells, ME About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinarian (DVM) to join a well-established small animal practice in Wells, ME. This position offers leadership potential, making it ideal for a veterinarian looking to take the next step in their career while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. The role provides a balanced caseload of wellness, surgery, and dentistry, supported by a highly skilled team and modern technology. With an average of 11–15 appointments per day and a 2:1 support staff-to-DVM ratio, veterinarians are set up for success with manageable workloads and strong clinical support. About the Practice: This general practice operates from a well-equipped, modern facility with access to advanced diagnostic tools, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and dental X-ray technology. They foster a collaborative, positive team culture, where veterinary professionals are supported by experienced technicians, dedicated client care staff, and strong leadership. The practice emphasizes medical autonomy, allowing veterinarians to practice confidently while benefiting from structured operational support.
