Medical Director – Wells, ME About the Role: An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinarian (DVM) seeking a leadership-focused role in Wells, ME. This position is ideal for a veterinarian ready to step into a Medical Director capacity or further develop their leadership skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers a balanced caseload of wellness, surgery, and dentistry, with an average of 11–15 appointments per day, allowing for high-quality, patient-focused care. With a 2:1 support staff-to-DVM ratio, veterinarians benefit from strong clinical assistance and efficient workflows. About the Practice: This is a well-equipped small animal general practice featuring advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory services. They promote a collaborative and positive team culture, supported by experienced technicians, dedicated client care teams, and strong operational leadership.
