Associate Veterinarian – Scarborough, ME About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Veterinarian in Scarborough, Maine, within a progressive, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital offering a strong combination of general practice, urgent care, mentorship, and advanced diagnostics. This role is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and motivated newer graduates, with structured mentorship tailored to individual experience levels. The practice is particularly well-suited to veterinarians who enjoy a busy, fast-paced clinical environment with exposure to a wide variety of medical and surgical cases. The position offers opportunities to work across preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, dermatology, internal medicine, urgent care, nutrition, behaviour, and a small percentage of exotics. About the Practice: This is a well-established AAHA-accredited small animal hospital recognised for delivering high-quality veterinary medicine and compassionate patient care. The hospital operates with a tight-knit, collaborative culture supported by highly experienced, long-tenured veterinary technicians and support staff. The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic technology, including new digital radiography and ultrasound equipment, alongside four exam rooms supporting a busy and varied caseload.
