Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic looking to add a compassionate and skilled Client Service Representative to our team. We are fully equipped and provide state-of-the-art care. All of our doctors and technicians have training and experience in emergency care. Our hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday 5:30pm-8:00am, Friday 5:30pm-Tuesday 8:00am (Open 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and Monday). Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic is in Holden, Maine, a city of approximately 10,000 people, which sits just outside of the larger city of Bangor: population 150,000. The city of Bangor and the International Airport are just minutes away. Bangor’s historic downtown is full of new shops, boutiques, and award-winning restaurants. And, Bar Harbor, Maine, home of the world-renowned Acadia National Park, is about an hour’s drive away! https://emevc.com/ Client Service Representative  Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic in Holden, ME   Hourly pay rate ranges from $20.00 per hour depending on experience and availability   WHAT YOU’LL DO    Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system Warmly greets clients Prepares patient files Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records Answers client’s inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately Prepares client invoices for services performed Handles payment transactions.
