Requirements
We are working on behalf of a respected general practice clinic in Fallston, MD that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to provide medical, surgical, and dental care across a varied caseload. This is a practice that puts real relationships at the center of everything it does. Appointments are scheduled to give doctors adequate time with every patient, so you can practice thorough medicine without feeling rushed. Client service goes well beyond the exam room. The team submits insurance claims on behalf of clients, makes next day callbacks regardless of outcome, and keeps up consistent follow up, which means clients trust your recommendations and genuinely value your expertise. You will be supported by highly skilled licensed veterinary technicians and a knowledgeable support team, with in house laboratory, laser therapy, and full surgical services on site. A sister hospital just a few miles away adds extra backup and collegial support. The schedule is four days per week with one Saturday per month, giving you a healthy balance between clinical work and life outside the clinic. The package is strong, with a base salary plus production, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
