Key Highlights: • Independently owned, small animal hospital • Modern, expanded facility with second treatment area, dental suite, ultrasound suite, and dedicated ICU • Advanced equipment including endoscopy, digital X-ray, two ultrasound machines, and laser surgery • Strong nursing and assistant team performing intubation, treatments, triage, and appointment support • Four-doctor team with a highly experienced long-term staff • No overnight emergency or on-call requirements; partnered triage service for after-hours support • Four-day workweek with predictable hours and only one Saturday per month • Growing practice with clear long-term stability and increasing caseload • Highly collaborative, teaching-focused culture with mentorship for surgery and advanced procedures About You: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree • Hold a Maryland State License or have the ability to obtain one • A team-oriented veterinarian who values communication, respect, and positive workplace culture • Interested in growth, learning, and practicing advanced medicine with excellent support • Comfortable with surgery or motivated to develop surgical skills with mentorship • Seeking continuous professional improvement Benefits: • Guaranteed base salary of $200,000 in the first year • Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 • Comprehensive health insurances, 401K, a strong overall benefits package • Support for CE, generous PTO, and professional development • Work-life balance supported through a four-day week and no overnight emergencies • Reimbursement of licensure and membership fees
