Requirements
Lead a well-established, AAHA-accredited, Fear Free™ certified small animal hospital located in the heart of Baltimore, MD. This is a rare opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and shaping clinical standards within a collaborative, community-focused practice. The practice sees a diverse caseload of dogs, cats, and occasional exotic patients, offering both variety and clinical depth. As Medical Director, you will continue to practice hands-on veterinary medicine while guiding medical standards, mentoring veterinarians, and influencing the long-term clinical direction of the hospital.
