Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well established, full service small animal hospital in Baltimore, MD that is looking to welcome a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to its team. This is a practice built around a genuine set of values, integrity, compassion, communication, and a positive attitude, and it shows in the way the team supports one another day to day. Whether you are an experienced veterinarian or a newer graduate looking for mentorship, you will find an environment designed to help you grow professionally while practicing high quality medicine. The hospital is well equipped for full service care, including wellness and preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, digital radiology, ultrasound, and in house diagnostics, and you will be supported by an experienced team with a strong staff to doctor ratio. The role offers a four day work week plus one Saturday per month, real emphasis on work life balance, and a supportive culture where your voice is heard.
