If so, we'd love to add you to our team! Everhart Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Client Service Representative Supervisor. This person should ideally have 3 years of experience managing a team or 5 years client service experience with leadership aspirations. Everhart (Brooklyn Park location) is a large, 9-doctor practice who is dynamic with a growing team and a progressive mindset. The hospital team embraces individuality, but also requires adhering to group family values and core values of Team, Integrity, Knowledge and Compassion. We are a staple in the community with a solid sixty-four year foundation that has resulted in a large, loyal, clientele base who value high quality medicine and surgery. Our ideal Client Service Representative leader would be someone who should exhibit positive leadership and have strong relationship-building skills. They should embrace the coaching and teaching concept of client care, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of all Client Service Representative policies. They should also prescribe (and be able to teach) to a servant leader mindset and have strong skills being a positive role model in this area. The salary and benefits would be consistent with VHMA guidelines.
