Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To): - Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and fostering a culture of excellence. - Manage appointments and all staff schedules to optimize efficiency. - Maintain active knowledge of clinic finances. - Promote a supportive environment utilizing open communication with staff. - Handle escalated client situations with empathy and professionalism, seeking resolution in collaboration with our veterinary team. - Spearhead new initiatives and processes in partnership with leadership, driving clinic growth and client engagement. - Participate in events to expand clinic clientele. Preferred Experience and Skills: - Minimum 2 years of veterinary practice experience, with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service. - Comfortable with technology and adept at navigating digital platforms. - Emotionally intelligent, autonomous, and detail-oriented. - Dedicated to creating a positive work environment and delivering outstanding patient care. - Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in financial management, including P&L analysis. - Certified Veterinary Practice Manager designation or equivalent experience preferred but will also consider investing in training the right candidate.
