Associate Veterinarian – GP + Urgent Care Boston, Massachusetts Full-Time | $150,000–$190,000 + ProSal | Sign-On Bonus | No On-Call or Holiday Shifts A growing veterinary hospital in Boston is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative team providing both general practice and urgent care medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys the relationships and continuity of general practice but also wants the variety and clinical challenge that comes with same-day and urgent cases. With flexible scheduling, no on-call responsibilities, no holiday shifts, and a strong clinical support team, this position is designed to provide both an engaging caseload and greater balance outside of work. The Opportunity You’ll practice a combination of general medicine and urgent care, allowing you to build long-term relationships with clients and patients while continuing to develop your skills managing more immediate medical needs. Your caseload may include: • Wellness and preventive medicine • Sick-patient appointments • Same-day and urgent care cases • Diagnostics and medical workups • Dentistry • General companion animal medicine • Triage and stabilization of urgent patients Urgent care experience is welcomed but not required. A veterinarian with a strong general practice background who is interested in expanding their urgent care skills is encouraged to apply. Strong Clinical Support You’ll work alongside an experienced team of veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service professionals who support doctors throughout the patient-care process.
