Associate Veterinarian – GP + Urgent Care Boston, Massachusetts Full-Time | $150,000–$190,000 + ProSal | Sign-On Bonus | No On-Call or Holiday Shifts A growing veterinary hospital in Boston is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative team providing both general practice and urgent care medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys the relationships and continuity of general practice but also wants the variety and clinical challenge that comes with same-day and urgent cases. With flexible scheduling, no on-call responsibilities, no holiday shifts, and a strong clinical support team, this position is designed to provide both an engaging caseload and greater balance outside of work. The Opportunity You’ll practice a combination of general medicine and urgent care, allowing you to build long-term relationships with clients and patients while continuing to develop your skills managing more immediate medical needs. Your caseload may include: • Wellness and preventive medicine • Sick-patient appointments • Same-day and urgent care cases • Diagnostics and medical workups • Dentistry • General companion animal medicine • Triage and stabilization of urgent patients Urgent care experience is welcomed but not required. A veterinarian with a strong general practice background who is interested in expanding their urgent care skills is encouraged to apply.
