Key Highlights: • Long-established small animal practice with over 40 years of service in the community • Collaborative, friendly team with exceptional staff longevity • Strong 3:1 support staff to DVM ratio • 4-day week with alternating Saturdays; 9–10 hour shifts with a real lunch break • Modern facility featuring in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x-ray & dental x-ray • Surgical suite with orthopedic support from a visiting specialist • Competitive base salary $115,000–$140,000+ production • Relocation/sign-on bonus and full benefits package About You: • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Massachusetts • A compassionate veterinarian who values teamwork and client communication • Interested in practicing high-quality medicine with autonomy and support • Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and their pets Benefits: • $115,000–$140,000 base + production (no negative accrual) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Generous PTO + CE allowance • Dues, licenses, and membership fees covered • Pet care discounts, uniform allowance, and employee referral program • Relocation or sign-on bonus available
