Practice Overview

Integrity Veterinary Center (IVC) is a specialty and urgent care hospital in Northampton, MA. We opened in October of 2022 with medical oncology, outpatient ultrasound services, urgent care, and internal medicine. You will be working with a board-certified internist, criticalist, and oncologist. Addition of a surgeon in the near future is planned. We are committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine, with the aim of helping each patient live comfortably and happily for as long as possible. We are a privately owned hospital with no plans for corporate affiliation. Our aim is to cultivate a healthy and sustainable working environment for our whole team. More specifically, we prioritize work-life balance, competitive salary, appropriate staffing ratios, kindness and respec, and honest/open communication practices. If you are a recent grad (or a newcomer to the field of urgent care) and you are looking for structured mentorship, we can offer that as well.

About the Area

IVC is located in Northampton, Massachusetts, about 3 hours from NYC and 1.5-2 hours from Boston. It’s hard to write a city description without it sounding unhelpfully generic, so here are some of our favorite things about Northampton: Cafes, Restaurants, out-door adventures, in-door activities.
