Job Description

Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Specialist Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Specialist with board certification, board eligibility, or residency training to join our collaborative emergency and specialty team. This is an exciting opportunity for a criticalist who enjoys ICU case management, ER receiving, teaching, and team-based medicine in a growing specialty hospital serving Cape Cod, southeastern Massachusetts, and the Islands. About This Role As a Veterinary Criticalist at CCVS, you will provide advanced care for hospitalized, emergent, and critically ill patients while working closely with emergency doctors, specialists, interns, residents, and experienced nursing staff. This role includes ICU case management, emergency receiving, specialty collaboration, and participation in our teaching and training culture. The schedule includes days, swing shifts, ICU and ER receiving shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
