A successful candidate for our experienced Veterinary Technician position will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and will possess the following skills: Drug calculation, phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, strong client communication and education, knowledge of all routinely used medications, preventatives and vaccines, monitoring of sedated patients and basic wound care. Knowledge of Fear Free practices a plus, but training will be provided as needed. A general hourly rate for this position is $18-21 hourly, and will be determined based on experience. We are currently looking to hire multiple full-time and part-time technicians.
