Requirements
Veterinary receptionist wanted for a small, but busy, animal practice. F/T or P/T. Candidates must be motivated, energetic, be able to multi-task, like talking to people and must have a compassion for pets. Basic computer and organizational skills are required. Responsibilities include: Greeting and invoicing clients, answering client questions, making and managing appointments, answering phone calls, some general cleaning and administrative duties. Experience in a veterinary setting is required. Spanish speaking is a plus.
