We’re working on behalf of a forward-thinking, membership-based veterinary group in Boston that is redefining what great general practice looks like; for pets, clients, and veterinarians alike. This is a full-time Veterinarian opportunity within a beautifully designed, purpose-built hospital that prioritizes high standards of medicine, exceptional client experience, and long-term sustainability for its clinical teams. The practice operates with 30–60 minute appointments, a generous doctor-to-support-staff ratio, and dedicated administrative time built into the day, allowing you to focus on medicine without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The hospital environment is calm and thoughtfully designed to reduce stress for pets and people, with modern diagnostics, digital records, and well-trained veterinary nurses supporting you throughout the day, including assistance with callbacks and client communication. You’ll be joining a collaborative network of doctors who are genuinely invested in each other’s development, with clear pathways for growth, mentorship, and upward mobility.
